A Brian Miller MBA, CPA, CA
Partner
Brian started his academic career interested in microbiology but quickly realized the accounting world was much more exciting! He graduated many years ago with his MBA, worked for one major accounting firm where he earned his CA and a second major firm where he received his tax specialization training.
He left full time employment mere weeks ahead of the birth of his youngest child (28 years ago) to start his own practice. Brian has worked with many great partners over these years and is passionate about his clients and the work he and his staff do for them. Once again, he finds himself in the role of “chief cook & bottle washer”. Of course, this is not really true as he is surrounded and supported by the most awesome staff in the accounting world!
Brian spends most of his time outside of work, on the water, indulging himself in his other passions – sailing and family. He is also firmly committed to his community as a volunteer having worked with the YMCA, Bronte Village Residents Association, Burlington Minor Football Association and the Bronte Harbour Yacht Club among others.

Steve Gaul CPA, CA, LPA
Partner
Steve is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant and Licensed Public Accountant. He is a highly skilled corporate, personal and estate tax expert with deep expertise in audit/assurance and complex financial reporting requirements under ASPE, IFRS and Not-for-Profit Standards.
Prior to partnering with Miller CPAs, Steve brings experience from both a mid-sized regional and a national big four firm.
Steve has worked with a range of private companies, from small owner-managed businesses to large enterprises. He specializes in medical professionals such as family physicians, dentists and other medical specialists. Steve is also an expert in the manufacturing sector and has worked with clients with revenues in excess of $500M.
In addition, he has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions and other transaction advisory services.
Steve resides in Oakville and outside of the office, he enjoys golfing, tennis, fishing and spending time with friends and family.
